Frequently Asked Questions
-
We accept most major private and public insurance policies, including Medicaid and MassHealth. If you want to be sure, check with your specific insurer to see if ‘Willows Associates’ or any of our providers are listed.
-
Your out-of-pocket costs are determined by your insurance company. Most people have a fixed cost of a copay or coinsurance, though some insurers have a full-cost deductible for all services up to a set limit. As insurers change their fees often, we can only provide an estimate of what you may owe. You can ask your insurer for information about your deductible.
-
That’s fine, too, but you would be responsible for paying the full cost of the services. Generally, our services are $175 per counseling session and $1500 for neuropsychological testing (includes assessment, scoring, and a written report).
-
That depends. For counseling, it is dependent on the availability and purview of our clinicians. We will certainly accommodate if we are able. For testing, our waitlist typically fluctuates between 4-6 months.
